A client who had been a dealer in French antiques commissioned this table. He sent me many examples of tables he admired, and together we worked out this design. The turned corkscrew legs were an interesting challenge, and I thought I would lose my mind by the time I finished the last of the 400+ inlay bits, but I loved the over-the-top results
